Mareas Villas guests have two options for their stay with us. Individuals, families and groups can book individual suites for 3 days or more any time of year. For groups looking to book one or both of our 4-suite villas on a weekly basis, we have discounted pricing for these long-term stays.

2013 Green Season Resort Pricing:

• May 01 to November 15
• 6 Suites double occupancy $1,050 per night, additional rooms extra charge
• Payment can be made by wire transfer or by credit card.  Add a 5% charge for credit cards and Sales Tax.

2013 Summer Season Resort Pricing:

• November 16 to December 21 and January 6 to April 30
• 6 Suites double occupancy $1,050 per night, additional rooms extra charge
• Payment can be made by wire transfer or by credit card.  Add a 5% charge for credit cards and Sales Tax.

2014 Resort Pricing:

• Entire Resort (Both Villas): 5 days minimum $10,000($2,000 per night) up to 7 days $10,900 ($1,557 per night)
• Payment can be made by wire transfer or by credit card.  Add a 5% charge for credit cards and Sales Tax.

Mareas Policies

• Children are welcome at Mareas
• Due to the abundance of wildlife at Mareas, we have a “No Pets” policy. Pet boarding can be arranged.
• To respect other guests we have a “No Smoking” policy.
• Suite rentals have a minimum 3-night stay
• Villa rentals have a minimum stay of one week
• Handicap access: Currently we do not have handicap access

Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• 50% Deposit required to hold dates
• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due
• Cancellation 60 Days prior to reservation date, Full Refund less $750 Cancellation Fee
• Cancellation less than 60 Days prior to reservation date, forfeit full reservation amount
• Holidays cancellation 120 days out no refund
