There are two Guest Villas at Mareas Villas, each Guest Villa has four bedroom suites; two on the ground floor and two on the upper level. The upper rooms have a balcony overlooking a garden and the ground floor suites open onto a private garden. Each Guest Villa is just steps away from our nature trails that lead you to private waterfalls and the rainforest canopy. Because Mareas is at 1,000 ft. elevation there are year-round ocean breezes that create a cool comfortable climate.

As you approach the main entrance, a pair of large doors welcomes you to your vacation home. The Main House is the heart of the villa where guests gather to enjoy time together. It has an open floor plan that opens to the covered patio and salt water infinity pool. From every room in the Main House you can see spectacular sunsets on the Pacific horizon. The open design is enhanced with 30 ft. high, vaulted ceilings and teak beams. The living area has a large sunken lounge which includes a spacious hand crafted wood bar where guests can enjoy cool tropical drinks, airy indoor and outdoor dining areas with sweeping views of the Jungle and the Pacific Ocean. There are ceiling fans throughout the Main House and patio areas. Because Mareas is at 1,000 ft. elevation there are year-round ocean breezes that create a cool comfortable climate.

As you enter, you are drawn into a voluminous room with high, vaulted beam and teak ceilings decorated with opulent lighting including: a 3 tiered chandelier, numerous wall sconces and drop rod pendants.

Immerse yourself in our 1,700 sq ft luxurious infinity swimming pool, surfaced entirely in cobalt blue glass tiles featuring a sophisticated iridescent texture in multihued colors. Enjoy shallow water lounging areas and Jacuzzi with cascading waterfall that create a dramatic panoramic visual to the ocean below.
